Personality and Individuality

The living person carries two levels of consciousness, the self-consciousness and the spiritual consciousness, the personality and the individuality. The personality or the personal self or mind changes along with the physical growth of the person, but the individuality, the spiritual self never changes. We carry all the desires with us after death and produce these objects of desire and enjoyment by our thoughts. The realm beyond death is the realm of realized thoughts.

The attachments grown in the living self are carried with even after death and the life of soul and mind of the person continues in a separate plane. That means, when a man dies, his physical body dies but not his soul and mind which still lives in spatial dimension beyond physical realization, may be in fourth dimension beyond our physical plane. So the person’s life continues. It is believed that till the soul is liberated from the consciousness of ‘I’ or his mind’s contents dissipated fully, it comes down repeatedly to earth or may be in other planets, to gain more knowledge, experiences for the development to proceed further in unconditioning of the mind and in this way , the life continues from one physical body to the other with the personality and the individuality of the person.
